Reformer Pilates is Pilates performed on an apparatus (Reformer). The Reformer uses a Pulley system and Spring resistance to help build strength, increase flexibility, improve coordination and balance as a few of the benefits.

Honey Hybrid is our signature higher intensity Reformer/Mat class. It incorporates aspects from both Reformer and Mat so bring a Mat to pop down by your Reformer.

Our Bee Stronger Mat class provides all the benefits of Mat Pilates however, incorporates more strength based exercises. This is a great class to learn Pilates foundations whilst encouraging you, challenging you and inspiring you to evolve your Pilates routine through use of weights, resistance bands etc
Suitable for all bodies.

A fun, upbeat class which incorporates both Pilates and Ballet style movements. The exercises focus on controlled leg work, flexibility and cardio.
